How long will it take for my stool to arrive?

We despatch Orders before 4pm on a FREE Next Working Day service to Mainland UK.  You will also receive an hourly time slot by Email and SMS on the morning of delivery so that you do not have to wait in all day.

Do you offer any kind of warranty?

At Kitchen Stools Direct we pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality stools on the market and selling them to you for the best prices. All stools come with a full 12-month warranty.

If your stool is in any way damaged during transit then we will, of course, offer a replacement. To read more about our shipping and returns policy please take a look at this page.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery to Mainland UK is Free for all orders.

Which courier do you use?

Usually we’ll ship all orders via DPD, but we reserve the right to use a different courier if needed. We have a great relationship with all of our couriers and we think that they do a fantastic job!

I may not be at home when my stools arrive.

Please leave a note on the front door advising the courier where they can leave the product – either with a neighbour or somewhere safe. If you are not available then they will leave a card and you will either need to rearrange a delivery time or collect from their depot.

How can I pay for my stools?

You have the option of paying either by credit or debit card, or with PayPal. None of these payment methods incur any additional charges.

Do you have a shop?

Yes, we have an 80,000 sq ft warehouse called "Britannic Warehouse" and we are a large family business that was founded in the 1960's.  Our extensive showroom exhibits over 97% of the products that we sell on the Internet.
